Where are you located?

We are located in Oakland, California, and all products ship from our Oakland warehouse.

Do you have a physical storefront?

Not yet! Currently we are online-only.

Can I order swatches?

Not yet! However, we might still be able to help, email hi@offcut-studio.com for inquiries.

How do you pick patterns to feature?

Patterns featured on the project ideas and as recommended patterns for certain fabrics are all made by designers we have personally tried and loved. You can trust that any pattern we feature is from a reputable indie designer with quality patterns.

Can I get help choosing the right fabric for a project I have in mind?

If you can't find what you're looking for in our project ideas, we'd love to help! Email as at hi@offcut-studio.com

Do you sell notions?

Not yet! But we recommend Wawak for all things notions.

Orders

How do order quantities work?

Fabric is priced per half yard. An order quantity of 5 will result in 2.5 yards.

Fabric will always be cut in a single continuous piece unless specifically noted otherwise (ie. remnants and offcuts).

How long does it take for orders to be processed?

Orders will be cut and shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment.

If processing time is delayed for any reason, we'll display a banner at the top of the site.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change an order as long as the fabric has not been cut. Once a fabric is cut, it is considered final sale. Email us at hi@offcut-studio.com to make a cancellation request.

Shipping

How will my order be shipped?

Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS. At checkout, you will have the option to choose between various shipping speeds.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $75!

How long does shipping take?

Economy shipping is typically 4-8 business days. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to select a faster shipping method if desired.

What should I do if my order was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?

For missing or damaged orders, please contact us at hi@offcut-studio.com and we'll do our best to assist. If damaged, please include any photos.

Offcut Studio is not responsible for stolen packages. If you suspect that your order has been stolen, please contact your mail carrier, as well as your local police, to report the theft. We recommend having your order shipped to a secure address, like a business or PO box, to avoid stolen mail.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

 If you have received an incorrect item or there is a mistake in your order, please email us at hi@offcut-studio.com and we will make it right!
